The first stage of process typically involves either a phone call to our office or an email.
The next stage will involve an exchange of information. We want to know of any questions or concerns you may have about utilizing our expert services so that we’re both clear on what should be considered “realistic expectations”.
You’ll also be asked to provide an up-to-date resume so that we can determine your unique skills, talents and employable attributes – everyone has them! After this initial assessment, you may be called in for a screening interview. Appropriate dress-code is to be expected. Here, we’ll go over your resume with you, ask any questions that may still be unclear about your work history and will generally establish the foundations for what will hopefully lead to a “first-name-basis” working relationship.
The next step, depending on each position, involves some independent research on your part whereby you’ll be encouraged to look-over our Video-Tutorials page to brush up on helpful tips about everything from writing resumes and cover letters, to conducting yourself favourably and professionally during an interview.
Finally, you’ll get a call from one of the members of our team at Staffing Services notifying you that we have an opportunity to present to you, or that we’ve presented your credentials to one of our Clients (potential employers) and that the ve expressed a genuine interest in meeting with you to explore the possobility of whether or not you would make a good fit at their company. We’ll encourage you to research their company prior to the interview and will offer any last minute tips and advice that may be specific to the type of person they’re looking for.”
